What should I do if my wireless carplay have connection issues?

Now more and more vehicles are using the wireless CarPlay function, either with the original car or with the Carlinkit box. However, many vehicles often encounter situations where Carplay cannot be connected when using wireless CarPlay.

First of all, we need to understand the connection principle of wireless carplay. Wireless CarPlay connects WIFI automatically and establishes communication through Bluetooth, it is essentially using a WiFi connection for transmission.

Here are some common solutions to wireless CarPlay that are not connected to Carlinkit products.

01. C2W model

A. The product is ready, but the carplay cannot be connected.

1. Turn on Bluetooth, wifi, Siri, carplay on the mobile phone, and then connect the Bluetooth signal on the box with the Bluetooth of the mobile phone (the Bluetooth and wifi of the car should be turned off);

2. Restart the phone and then unplug the device to connect;

3. Enter the background of the module to reset the box and then re-pair and connect;

4. Open Settings - General - Carplay on the phone, delete all carplay connection records and then pair;

02 T-box model

A. The wireless carplay cannot be connected

1. Check whether the WIFI hotspot is turned on (if it is turned on, it will be turned off automatically, and the AP frequency band should be selected as the 2.4Ghz frequency band);

B. Wireless carplay will not connect automatically

A. The Bluetooth display of the mobile phone is not within the communication range

1. Restart the phone;

2. Check whether you can enter by a weird connection. After entering, turn on the Bluetooth WIFI and unplug the data cable;

3. If it still can't be solved, you can contact customer service to send the firmware version and use the U disk to upgrade;

E. Why does the Bluetooth disconnect when connected?
